This Privacy Policy describes our practices concerning the collection, use, and sharing of information through our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Scope note. This policy covers two distinct categories of information, governed by different rules:

Website and business information you provide to us directly, such as through a form on our site. Sections 1 through 10 apply.
Google user data accessed through our internal email application. Section 11 applies exclusively, and the uses described in Sections 1 through 10 do not apply to it.

We do not intend to solicit business from individuals residing in the European Economic Area. Access to our Services from the EEA may be restricted and is at the user's own risk.

1. How We Collect Information About You

Automatically. When you visit our website, we collect certain technical details such as IP address and browser type to understand how the site is used.

Directly. We collect personal information when you complete a form on our site, including when you request information or submit a business proposal.

Tracking technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with our site and to support our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

Personal information: name, email address, phone number, company name, business type, financial information submitted with an application, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

4. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

We use third-party tools including Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and X to measure advertising performance, improve marketing and collect analytics information about how users interact with certain landing pages, including click and scroll activity and page navigation patterns. These tools may receive information collected through our website, including contact details used for audience matching, and usage data such as page views, clicks, and form submissions. This data is used to measure campaign performance, build audiences for advertising, and deliver relevant content. This section applies only to information collected through our website and forms. It does not apply to Google user data, which is never used for advertising of any kind. See Section 11. 5. Sharing Your Information

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our Services. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights or the rights of others. We do not sell personal information.

6. Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting us directly using the details in Section 13.

8. State-Specific Rights

California. Rights under the CCPA including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. See our California Consumer Privacy Act Notice.

Vermont. We will not share information collected about you with companies outside our corporate family except as permitted by law.

Nevada. You have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Virginia. Rights under the CDPA to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data.

Colorado. Rights under the CPA to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal data, and opt out of sale.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who can view stored information. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Google User Data

This section governs data accessed through EB Capital Group's internal email application, which connects Google Workspace mailboxes owned and operated by EB Capital Group to a third-party email platform that operates the service on our behalf.

The application is used solely by EB Capital Group personnel for mailboxes on internet domains that EB Capital Group owns. It is not offered to the public, and no customer, client, or third-party mailboxes are connected.

What Google user data we access

Through Google's Gmail API, and only with the explicit consent of the account holder, the application accesses:

The email address and basic profile information of the authorizing account
The contents of that mailbox, including messages sent, incoming replies, and delivery status notifications

How we use it

Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing functionality of this application, specifically:

Sending business correspondence from our own mailboxes
Reading incoming replies so they can be matched to the originating outbound message
Reading delivery status notifications and non-delivery reports so failed deliveries can be identified and recipient records corrected

What we never do with it

Google user data is not used for:

Advertising of any kind, including targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising
Determining credit-worthiness
Lending or credit decisions
Building or contributing to any database or data product
Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models

The advertising and analytics practices described in Section 4, and the application-processing uses described in Section 3, do not apply to Google user data.

Sharing and transfer

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose it to third parties for any purpose other than providing this application's functionality. The only third party with access is the email platform provider that operates the service on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not provide Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.

Protection

Google user data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access credentials and authorization tokens are stored securely, and access is restricted to authorized EB Capital Group personnel.

Retention and deletion

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Authorization can be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access ends the application's ability to access the mailbox. To request deletion of Google user data we hold, contact us at info@ebcapitalgroup.com. We will delete it within 30 days of a verified request unless retention is required by law.

Limited Use commitment

EB Capital Group's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Additional Disclosures

Geographic scope. EB Capital Group provides financial services and information for residents of the United States. Users accessing this website from outside the United States do so at their own risk.

International transfers. Information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in countries other than your country of residence. We take steps to ensure it is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post changes on this page. Where we materially change how we use Google user data, we will notify affected users.
